Card pricing and market data

TrackingTCG may display estimated market values, price trends, or pricing data sourced from third parties. This pricing information is provided strictly for informational and reference purposes only.

We do not guarantee that any pricing data is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Card prices fluctuate based on market conditions, card condition, regional availability, demand, and many other factors. Displayed prices are estimates and may not reflect actual market value at any given time.

TrackingTCG does not provide investment advice. Nothing on this website should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any trading card or related product for financial gain. Trading cards are collectible items, and their value can go down as well as up. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and selling decisions.

If we display pricing data sourced from third parties, the accuracy of that data is the responsibility of the original source. We will identify the data source where applicable.

Collection data accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate card databases (including set lists, card names, card numbers, rarity information, and other metadata), we do not guarantee that this information is error-free. Card databases are maintained through a combination of official sources, community contributions, and our own research. If you notice an error, please report it to us.

Your collection data is only as accurate as the information you enter. We are not responsible for errors in your personal collection records.

Service availability

TrackingTCG is currently provided as a free service, with a paid subscription tier planned for the future. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Age restriction on public sharing

TrackingTCG’s optional public-sharing features (public collection profiles, public statistics, and any other public-by-URL features) require the user to confirm that they are 16 or over or have parent/guardian permission. All other features are available to users of any permitted age, subject to the requirements set out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How to Report Intellectual Property Concerns

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on TrackingTCG infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@trackingtcg.com with the following information:

• A description of the intellectual property you claim is being infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing content appears on our Service (including URLs)
• Your contact information (name, address, email, telephone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
